The infamous Manson Family was a cult that existed in the late 1960s. Its leader was the sinister Charles Manson. Many have described this sect as a community or gang. He had around 100 subscribers. Collectively, they led unconventional lives. They frequently used drugs like Benzedrine and LSD.

Susan Atkins
Susan Atkins joined the Manson Family in 1967. When she was sent to prison, she regretted her decision to murder actress Sharon Tate. However, the authorities refused his parole. Atkins died at the age of 61 from brain cancer in 2009.

Leslie Van Houten was only 19 years old when she took the lives of the LaBiancas. She was released from prison on July 11, 2023. She is currently 73 years old.
Patricia Krenwinkel
Krenwinkel had sex with Charles Manson. He was repeatedly denied parole. Currently aged 75, she is still behind bars. She was involved in the murders of Sharon Tate and Rosemary & Leno LaBianca.
