In Freezing: Beyond Journey’s End, Episode 12, Frieren and his companions crossed the pass with relative ease after enduring an entire winter in isolation. As seen in the recently released teaser photos, fans could see them reaching the next city on their journey, which is near the Demon King area. Therefore, this city could face threats from villains, just like the southern domain of Granat.
Additionally, if the story plays out as planned, a versatile new story arc may begin, featuring Frieren and his friends facing fearsome demons.

Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Episode 11 Recap
Following Frieren’s victory over Aura, Episode 11, titled “Funeral Freelen,” quickly delved into the aftermath and repercussions of this intense battle. Graf Granat expressed his gratitude to Frieren and his companions. However, to make things intense, he coupled his gratitude with a warning about the need to have a Level 1 certified image in their group to travel without restrictions in the north.
As they ventured on their way to the town where Frieren could obtain this certification, Frieren and his three companions took refuge in a cabin as the cold became unbearable. During their winter stopover, the trio encountered the Elf Kraft district. Although she shared Frieren’s effective immortality, Kraft differed considerably from her. When spring came, the new elf left and the journey north began again.
