How the power supply is powered by the battery?
Our Aitesuo LED Strip Light is Battery Operated by 3pcs AA batteries (batteries is not included in our light kit).
Can these LED Strips be cut?
Yes, Aitesuo Cuttable Lights Strip can be cut every 1 LED along with the cutting marks, flexible for DIY decor.(After cutting the strip lights, the part that does not connect to the power supply will not be used)
Is the Back Adhesive great sticks well？
Sure, the adhesive backing on the strip is sticky enough to attach to the clean surface. Easy to install, just stick it to you want it to be installed.
Troubleshooting 1: LED Light stuck on one colour or flashes and can’t use controlled by remote.
Battery has no electricity, please replace new batteries immediately.
If remote control still doesn’t work after replacing batteries, directly disconnect battery box and the strip light connecting line, don’t turn off power when disconnecting, press “RED” key on remote, and re-connect the wire, remote can be start work again. Close lights when not used to save battery power.
Troubleshooting 2: Adhesive not easy to tear off
Please kindly tear the blue layer from the side connecting the battery box.
